Light bar mount designed to fit long Q-sert slots. Should fit the front angled slots of the Boombox, as well as the longer slots on the Fix/Mini Fix handguards, and the new OTP Handguard.

6061 aluminum, clear type III hard coat anodized. Comes with mounting hardware which is 18-8 stainless. Will come with the screw to mount to the q-sert insert, as well as two lengths of flashlight mount screws. I’ve found there is some length variance across light bodies and some don’t accept the longer of the two screws, so a shorter option will be available in the package as well. 

Suppressor shown in photo is a Q Thunder Chicken and is roughly 1.75" OD, light bar will fit suppressors up to 2" in diameter depending on mount style/system, if the light mount is run at the front of the handguard. If you aren't running the mount at the end of the handguard, there's no issues with mount clearance!

🔧 Product Update – Long Slot Q-Sert Light Mounts

Effective May 1, 2025

We're now including a removable TPU sleeve on the front tab of all Long Slot Q-Sert Light Mounts. This sleeve helps account for tolerance differences in handguards by reducing slack during installation.

• Removable for tighter-fit handguards
• Extras included in case of loss or wear
• No change to installation—insert the mount, push forward, and secure with the 10-32 bolt
• Some added forward pressure may be required due to TPU compression—this is expected
