Back in the YouTube game!

It has been a long, long time since I posted a YouTube video that wasn't a short clip or an installation video (almost 4 years ago was my last video, wow). I miss it, but the break was much needed. It was time consuming, and honestly quite a lot to keep up with when you pigeonhole yourself into a specific niche. I lost my connection with the identity of the channel, as it was originally called "Budget Shooting", and my tastes and desires in my builds started to stray from that idea. I used to write it off as "well everyone has a budget, even if it's a bit of a high budget", but that never really resonated with the original audience, or even myself with the intent of the name behind the channel.
I played with name changes, including a play on words of another handle I use online, but none ever really stuck or clicked with what I wanted to present. That is, until I started Nimrod Collective. I decided to rebrand the YouTube channel under this name. Even still, it was hard to find time, energy, or ideas for content. That being said, I've had 4 years to come up with ideas so I do have some plans on the backburner for more content. And this year seems like the best time to jump back into it.
So to kick it off, I just posted a new video about my Cerakote Oven DIY build. I previously used a super cheap $10 toaster oven from Goodwill, and while it worked great for small parts I now have larger batches and longer items I want to be able to coat. Check out the video if you want a walkthrough of how I built the oven:

For anyone interested, I'll also include the parts list here. If you look at the list and some PID wiring videos, I bet you can get an idea of how this all goes together and build your own, if you're so inclined.
Anyways, hope you all have a great day, and I'm looking forward to hopefully getting some more content out over there so you can get to know me a bit better and hopefully get some information or at least entertainment out of it!
